End user license agreement

1. PluperAudio (Giorgi Shengelia) grants you a license to use its plug-ins on the computers you own or use yourself.
2. Without a license key a plug-in runs for its trial period with every feature working. After that it passes the original sound unchanged until a key is entered.
3. A license key is made for one person. You may not sell, share or publish it, nor take the plug-in apart.
4. The plug-ins are carefully tested, but every system is different: keep backups of your projects. The liability of PluperAudio is limited to the price you paid.
5. Third-party parts are used under their own licenses: the Michroma typeface under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; JUCE under its license. VST is a registered trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH.

Privacy

The plug-ins

The plug-ins do not connect to the internet and send no data anywhere. The trial date and your license key are kept only on your computer.

This site

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. The hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.

When you write or buy

When you write by e-mail, your address and message are used only to answer you. When you buy a license, your name is written into your key, and your name and e-mail are kept to send the key again if you lose it. They are never sold or shared.

Refunds

Every plug-in can be tried free with all its features before you buy, so please use the trial to make sure it works on your system.

If, after buying, a plug-in does not work on your computer and we cannot fix it together, write within 14 days of the purchase and you get your money back in full.
